We can schedule your requests up to but not longer than one year in advance. Check the calendar below for available dates. The suggested stipend for one mass is $10.00 however, any amount over that will help support the Shrine. After filling out this form, you will immediately be re-routed to a secure payment processing page and you will receive an email copy of your form submission.

NOTE: For masses that are said at the Shrine, we can only schedule one Mass Intention for each mass time slot. If you request an intention for a time slot that is already filled, we can send your Mass Intention Request to the Capuchin Franciscan Friars.
